The profiles of the Board of Directors are:-

1. Loke Chee Eng
   
   He initially worked with Messrs Coopers & Lybrand in Kuala Lumpur in 1962 and later with Messrs Coopers & Lybrand’s office in Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1969. In 1976, he joined the P&O Group in United Kingdom and he held the post of Senior Accountant in the Audit Department.
   
   In 1983, he returned to Malaysia and joined Mark Grow Pte. Lt, Singapore as General Manager. This company specialists in fire fighting systems, roller shutter and fire steel door. He was in-charge of the entire Malaysia operations for the Singapore-based company.
   
   In 1985, he joined Duodex Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as Director in-charge of finance and marketing.
   
   
2. Lester Loke Yee Chong
   
   He holds a degree in marketing from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and in July 2000 he obtained Master of Science (Emergency Planning and Response) from University Putra Malaysia (UPM).
   
   To date, he had supervised the following projects ranging from RM1.2 million to RM10 million for:-

   • Capital Square Project
   • Putrajaya Parcel E16
   • 1 Utama
   • Putrajaya Parcel E2
   • Jaya Jusco – Kepong

   He also involved in the factory operations to ensure that product meets the specific deadline.
   
   
3. Ong Ah See – Project Directors
   
   He has 35 years experience on Fire and Non Fire Rated Roller Shutter industry. During the period, he was involved and in charged of big and small project ranging from RM10,000.00 to RM1.5 million. He was involved in design and assists to the consultants on Fire requirement on Fire Rated Shutter. He is now involved in TELEKOM Project at Jalan Bangsar on contour Roller Shutter (same Escalator), GIANT Supermarket in Shah Alam, One Utama – Damansara and Jaya Jusco – Kepong project.
   
   
4. Ong Kheng Hua – Technical Director
   
   He has 26 years of experience in roller shutter industry. He was involved in many projects on technical matters for big projects such as TELEKOM Tower, Malayan Banking, Cheras Leisure Mall, Kuala Lumpur Sentral and Starcity Project. He is now involved in Starcity, Kuala Lumpur Sentral and Telekom Tower Project. He is confidence to undertaken any project offer by our clients.
