• Leave a 10mm gap at the floor line to allow for settling
• Screws should be applied 12mm from sheet edges and at 200mm centres down the studs
• All joints are to be staggered
• Screws on one side of partition are to be offset by 150mm from screws on opposite side. Single screws at 300mm centres around wall openings
• All joints and screw heads be taped and jointed
• Approval : The Standard Association of New Zealand (SANZ) have approved a 1/2 hour fire resistance rating (FRR) for non loadbearing partitions complying in all respects with Winstone Limited specification GBS120. This approval was based on the full scale standard fire test No. FR1411 conducted by the Building Research Association of New Zealand (BRANZ)
